For your convenience we have 'five' ways you can purchase our products. Please use whichever method you find most convenient.

#2 Phone Order Placement
Give us a call toll free at (800) 537-1985 or (209) 894-5371 outside the US. We'll be happy to take your order right over the phone and answer any questions you may have. HINT: Browse through our site, adding products to your shopping cart. When you are ready to purchase, select the 'View Cart' link on any page, print out the resulting list of your product selections and pricing to reference when you place your call.

#3 Fax Order Placement
While our online ordering process is safe and secure, you can also fill out our Fax Order Form and fax it to us. This simple form allows you to select the products and quantities you want. You then just print it out and fill in your shipping and credit card information. Fax Order Form.

#4 Mail-Order Catalog
We publish a mail-order catalog complete with order form. Just fill it out and mail back to us. Give us a call toll free at (800) 537-1985 or (209) 894-5371 outside the US or email (customerservice@justtomatoes.com) us and we will be happy to send you one.

Gift Ordering Information

If you are ordering a product or products as a gift, you will want to order according to the following guidelines to ensure that your gift purchases are shipped in the manner you intended.

If you want your gift or gifts to be 'Shipped Directly to the Recipient'
To have your gift orders shipped directly to the recipient, you will need to purchase each order separately. Gift orders that include more than one product, but that are all being shipped to the same recipient, may be purchased together.

If you want your gift or gifts to be 'Shipped to You'
If you are ordering products for gifts that will be shipped to you, you may order all items with one purchase.

Gift Personalization

If you would like to include a personal message with your gift, please provide that in the 'Special Instructions or Personal Gift Message' field located at the bottom of our Customer Information screen during the checkout process..

Basket Styles and Napkin Patterns May Vary

Napkins are custom made exclusively for us and both fabric and baskets are subject to availability. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a particular fabric pattern or basket. Substitutions will be as close to the original as possible.
